Meet Roz Mancinelli, Chief Brand Builder and Team Leader

With more than 20 years working in both the agency and client sides of the business, Roz brings deep understanding of what drives customers to prefer one company’s brand over another. She has led business initiatives for a number of organizations including Intuit, where she drove infusion of the TurboTax Brand Character and Customer Experience principles deeply into her team’s DNA. A collaborative leader and creative problem solver, she works closely with client teams to skillfully gain buy-in across organizations. Roz has built a solid track record of delivering consistently exceptional results with companies ranging from start-ups to Fortune 500 companies. Roz is a dynamic and engaging facilitator and strategist, fluent in software and technology, real estate development and construction, professional and financial services, nonprofits, hospitality and membership organizations. She is a member of the BYU Management Society; Past President and member of SD Direct, formerly known as the San Diego Direct Marketing Association; a member of the Sales Leadership Alliance; and led the Branding Task Force for Options For All, (formerly Employment & Community Options), a nonprofit organization that creates programs that give adults with disabilities more options for living their lives to the fullest.


Meet Kim McNealy, Marketing Implementation & CMO Advisor, CMO Mojo

Roz and Kim met when they worked at Intuit on the TurboTax brand, then subsequently partnered while consulting for Renovate America: Roz driving the new brand initiative and Kim driving the product team’s roadmap and leadership development program. There, they joined forces to lead the creation, launch and company-wide operationalization of Renovate America’s customer experience principles.

Enjoying the synergies and benefits of working together, they partnered to develop and offer the Kick-Starter Program Series and have since delivered Kick-Starters and full brand development programs to several clients together.
